Each "section" of the booklet needs the following;
   A title - the vocabulary word being reviewed in that section.
   The definition of the term - use your notes NOT A DEFINITION COPIED FROM SOMEWHERE.
   A sentence or two about why this term was important.
   A picture that demonstrates the term or how it was important.

Make sure you have details such as what you saw on a trip, what gifts you received on a birthday or the name of the school and teacher you mention. DETAIL!!!!
