3.  Your letter needs to have a formal heading.  It also needs to have 2 paragraphs (4 for Honors).  In your first paragraph, you need to explain one problem in our society.  In the second paragraph, you need to address ways to eliminate the problem.  Each paragraph needs to have 5 sentences.  For Honors, 2 problem paragraphs and 2 elimination paragraphs.
